Making great tiktok ads is simple, but it's not always easy. Fortunately you guys have me and I'm gonna be guiding you through how to make great ads. So please don't skip over anything in this video. Otherwise, you might miss out on something that's really valuable. And with all that being said, let's go ahead and get to the video. It's very important to understand that one of your most valuable resources is the takes hot platform itself. These are where your competitors are your competitors videos your competitors stores. These are all really key elements because this is where you should be looking when you're making your own content your own website your own tiktok page. So let's dive a little deeper into what I'm actually talking about. I have three examples right here that I want to share with you guys. So first up we have the ramen pot. Go ahead and click this link, which this product has been going crazy on tiktok. Lately super viral. And it's still doing fairly. Well, so this is something you guys can definitely consider testing for yourselves, but anyways Let's go ahead and watch this video through and then we're gonna break it down. So there's a lot of controversial stuff in this video. And if you watch through the tiktok course before you know, what controversy does on tiktok. I mean, it explodes 27 million views 2.6 million likes like that's insane. So let's break this video down first and foremost. This guy is pouring water from a Simply Orange water bottle or I'm sorry assembly orange juice bottle. I mean, what are you doing? He's got a pot full of noodles on his bed. Like it's definitely captured his audience's attention. So pours it in pours in the cheese hasn't even cut it on yet, right. Throws a knob of butter in there cuts it on. Who makes mac and cheese like that like that is nuts. Maybe some people think that's perfectly normal, right? But again controversy it gets people talking and if we look into these comments From jail after the way you cook that. I never want to get this lazy and then there's I'm never leaving my bed again. So clearly people actually do cook This Way. you might be on to something like There's a market people want this but there's also people who are like absolutely not. There's so much controversy throughout this video and it's only been five seconds. So then he shows himself placing his hand around the Boiling Pot of noodles. So he's not getting burned by it. So people are like hold on now and it's on his bed. And then he finishes up the video so so much controversy. It really draws in the viewer's attention and keeps them there because there's so many different things going on. And this is what you want to do with your own tiktoks. Next. We have safety control. This is like a door stopper thing. So as you can see right off the bat. If you've used the doorstopper before, you know, a door stopper does not go that way. So clearly it doesn't work because he puts it in the wrong way and he's like it's trashy and he pulls out his fancy smanchy, you know. Puts it in the correct way, of course. In the alarm is also going off in the video. I don't think you guys can hear sound but point being let's go ahead and watch it again. Controversy this man puts it the wrong way. Obviously, it's not gonna work. So let's take a look at the comments again. So this guy thinks he can destroy this fancy schmancy doorstopper. Then this guy says you had it backwards 400 likes like obviously got it backwards, but Some people don't realize that this guy's just trying to get those comments again. Put it down the correct way first. So again controversy, you guys want to create controversy you want to get people talking you want them to be like what what is this guy doing? And then finally we have this Hydro jet this account's gonna be a little bit different but this they've been literally going crazy. So essentially and all of hydrojets video they take some type of liquid and put it in a cup and clean it because this is like a it shoots up water and cleans your glasses. So he starts It Off by. Responding to a comment that asks them to do red paint. So he says really red paint is weak. That is not red paint. Let's be real that's not red pink red paint and if we go into the comments, that's not paint That's dishwater liquid honey, Bros using dish soap. That's funny black paint. Trust me. I mean like this guy just ignore that. He's like no black paint will be better than red. It just creates all of this controversy in a chat people are talking and it goes viral because tiktoks like wow. People are going crazy over this video. They're commenting they're sharing it. They can't believe it. They're asking their friend is it actually red paint? Like what? It's really that simple and all this guy does and this whole video. He takes his jar puts it in the cleaner. We don't have much time. So I'm gonna skip through it, but Literally, all he does is clean this glass. With red paint. So again controversy guys. That's a really key element with whatever product that you're doing. And these are three great examples. So with that being said, let's go ahead and make our own controversial tiktok ad. Alright, we're gonna go ahead and recreate one of these ads I'm gonna go ahead and go with hydrojet since it's really simple and basic just to keep things really clear for you guys. So I've already found an account that I'm gonna take a video from it's the cup washer account. This video here has four million views. The reason why I've chosen this video on this account is because there is no text on this video whatsoever and this Watermark will disappear when we use snap tick. So let's go ahead and do that. We're just gonna copy this URL up here go to snap tick. There are other ways you can or I'm sorry other websites you can use but snap tick is the more popular one. There's also like take me and whatnot. So you just exit out of this as you can see, it is downloaded. We'll open it up. and boom there's a video there is music over it which you guys probably don't hear but that is a really easy fix and cap cut you can just mute the sound and add your own once you put it on tiktok. Right? And now that we have the video we're gonna head over to cap cut and start doing some editing. So we're just gonna go to tiktok. By the way. I never do this on my computer. I always recommend to do it on your phone. It just makes the process a lot more simple and easy, but we're gonna go ahead and get the file uploaded here. Alright, so we have the video uploaded. It's eight seconds. And there's not a whole lot we can do to edit this video especially because we're gonna base this whole video off of some controversy. We're gonna say brown paint, basically, so I'm gonna go ahead and add this video and we gotta make it our own video. Otherwise tiktok is gonna realize that this is already been uploaded. It's four million views yada yada, so first thing that we're gonna do This this is some sauce here. All right. We're gonna go ahead and mirror the video so already it's it looks completely different and if we watch through it. Okay, we're also gonna mute the sound. Alright. But mute the sound. Flip it. This is a whole nother video already, right? But we're gonna take it another level because you want to do everything that you can to really make it unique again. So we're gonna change up the speed. We're gonna make it maybe like We're actually lower a bit. To make it 10 seconds or so. So now it's on 8 speed. And it's not that much slower, but it's slow enough. To make it a bit different. And boom there you go. And this is a video again that you can't do too much editing with with other products and other videos you want to add multiple videos because again, this is based off of different glasses. So if I were to bring another video into it and it's gonna show a different glass and that'll really throw the viewer off. So if you were using a product like the door jammer, for example, you could take a lot of videos and kind of put them together because it's one single thing that you're focusing on but this we want to stick to one video just because it's the same glass. We want to keep that congruent throughout the whole entire video. But so we got it mirrored. We took the sound off and we also slowed it down a bit. From here. There's not too much else you can do. Like I said it's a short video, but this will be enough to make it unique to ourselves and Kind of trick the algorithm to think that it's something entirely new. So we're gonna export this and get it on to tiktok and we'll be right back. When you export your video from Cap Code. Be sure to export it on the highest quality that you can 4K just to really keep the best quality that you can when you're bringing it on to tiktok. All right, so we have the tiktok ad completed and I'm gonna show you guys exactly what I did and we're gonna break it down. Really fast video exactly like the hydrojet or I'm sorry the cup washer video. We just tweaked it. We mired it. We slowed it down. And I also put one of the tiktok filters over it's called Island added. This text really brown paint is so weak similar to this really red paint is weak. It's obviously not brown paint, right like if we watch through this That's like chocolate milk or something, but people are going to be driven to comment and tell me that that is not brown paint and tell other people that that is not brown paint. In the caption here. I said what should we try next? So people are like wow brown paint doesn't work. The people who are convinced that it's not brown paint are gonna try their best to think of something else that this cup washer can't clean right? So another thing that I did is I went to the hydrojet tiktok page and see if it lets me. So I went to their page and I looked at their video that has done the best recently and it was this one here. And I just took their sound because this is recently done. Well, and I used the same sound as them and it's really that simple. I mean, I literally looked at my competitors and everything that they did. I took even some of their content. I used it to create my own ads and I used their same captions their same text and ran within it's really that easy guys, whatever product you're working with if there's not competitors out there running your product. You've already done yourself a huge disservice and you're making it way harder for yourself than it needs to be a product. Like this has probably hundreds of competitors at this point. All you have to do is take their content. What's working? This is if we go back to the original, I'm sorry. If we go back to this original red paint video. I mean, it's got almost 11 million views with 340,000 likes. There's no need to reinvent this and make it something special. I have I found a video with some type of brown substance in it. And I call it brown paint. They have a video with some type of red substance and they call it red paint. Clearly. These are not paint at all. But people are gonna say that's not paint. So it's driving controversy. And this is a simple video it took maybe two minutes for me to make don't overcomplicate it guys. But to break everything down again really quickly find your competitors. If you don't have competitors, you might not have chosen a great product. But once you have your competitors do a little bit of research and studying on their videos, what are they doing to go viral? What controversy are they creating? Then you're gonna want to find content if you have the product in hand. That is absolutely best to have product in hand because you can make higher quality videos, which tiktok loves 4K videos. It loves the high quality content. But if you don't you could take other people's content. It may not get pushed as well by tiktok though because it recognizes the content as stolen because the quality isn't great. So Once you have that you have your competitor, you have the footage from there. You're just gonna mimic what your competitor does with your own content, you know, and if you stole in content then make it as unique as possible mirror. It speeded up slow it down zoom in zoom out. There's many things that you can do to make the content unique. Don't just rip it. That is lazy and really you're not you're not gonna get anything out of it because you've done little to no work, so That's gonna be all I hope you guys got some value out of this video again.
